ASIA Records is proud to officially recognise Ally Logistic Property (ALP) for achieving the milestone:
Largest Operational Multi-Tenant Multi-Storey Infrastructure-as-a-Service Automated Storage and Retrieval System Warehouse with On-Demand Pallet Leasing (171,000 sqm total floor area; three-storey facility configuration; over 100,000 automated pallet storage positions; approximately 200 loading docks; integrated warehouse automation control platform; operational as of October 2024)
This recognition highlights a significant advancement in logistics infrastructure across Asia, demonstrating how automation, shared systems, and scalable models are transforming traditional warehousing into more efficient and accessible ecosystems for modern supply chains.

OMEGA: A Next-Generation Smart Logistics Infrastructure
At the centre of this recognition is OMEGA 1 Bukit Raja, a flagship smart warehouse facility developed by Ally Logistic Property (ALP) in Klang, Selangor.

The facility represents a new generation of logistics infrastructure designed around automation, technology integration, and shared logistics services. Built as a three-storey smart warehouse, OMEGA 1 integrates an advanced Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) that allows multiple supply chains to operate within a single automated ecosystem.
The facility offers over 100,000 pallet storage positions and more than 1.2 million square feet of net leasable warehouse space, supported by approximately 200 loading docks and extensive parking infrastructure.

Driving Efficiency Through Smart Systems and Scalable Infrastructure
The warehouse is powered by ALPOS, ALP’s in-house smart IT platform that integrates warehouse management systems with automation equipment such as cranes, racking systems, I/O ports and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), enabling seamless inventory movement and real-time operational visibility.
A key innovation of OMEGA is its Infrastructure-as-a-Service model, where companies can lease automated pallet storage capacity through a scalable pay-as-you-use pallet leasing system. This approach removes the need for heavy upfront capital investment, making advanced logistics infrastructure more accessible to businesses across Asia.

Sustainability and Strategic Logistics Connectivity
OMEGA 1 Bukit Raja was designed with sustainability and operational efficiency in mind. The facility incorporates environmental features such as energy-efficient LED lighting, rainwater harvesting systems, high solar-reflective roofing, and structural readiness for solar panel installations.

Strategically located within Klang Valley, the facility offers strong connectivity to major logistics routes including Port Klang, West Coast Expressway, North Klang Valley Expressway, and the Federal Highway. This positioning enables it to function as a key logistics hub supporting manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and regional trade across Asia.

A Milestone Moment of Recognition
The ASIA Records certificate was officially presented on 11 March 2026 at Andaman Seafood Village, Kuala Lumpur, during the ASEAN Records 8th Gather of Achievers, and was proudly received by Bryan Yeo, Deputy Managing Director of Ally Logistic Property in acknowledgement of his leadership in advancing OMEGA as a transformative smart logistics infrastructure platform.
Voices of Leadership

Reflecting on the recognition, Bryan Yeo shared:
“OMEGA represents our vision for the future of logistics infrastructure. Instead of traditional warehouse models, we wanted to create a smarter ecosystem where automation, data, and scalable infrastructure work together to support modern supply chains.
This recognition reflects the efforts of our entire team and partners who contributed to building a next-generation logistics platform that empowers businesses to grow efficiently while adapting to the rapidly evolving demands of global trade.”
Advancing the Future of Logistics Infrastructure in Asia
This milestone reflects the growing demand for smarter, more flexible logistics solutions as supply chains across Asia become increasingly complex and technology-driven. By integrating automation, data systems, and shared infrastructure models, OMEGA represents a shift towards more efficient, scalable, and sustainable logistics ecosystems.
Ally Logistic Property’s achievement demonstrates how innovation in infrastructure design can unlock new possibilities for businesses, positioning the company as a contributor to the advancement of logistics development across Asia.
