ASIA Records is proud to officially recognise Si Yuan Funeral Services for achieving:
First Funeral Service Provider with a Proprietary Mascot Pair Accompanying the Coffin Throughout the Wake and Presented to the Family as a Memorial Keepsake
(launched in October 2026)
This recognition highlights Si Yuan Funeral Services’ achievement in developing a proprietary memorial mascot pair that accompanies the coffin during the funeral wake and is subsequently presented to the bereaved family.
Introduced in October 2026, the concept brings together symbolic companionship, personal remembrance and thoughtful funeral service innovation in a distinctive commemorative offering.
The achievement demonstrates Si Yuan’s approach to creating meaningful farewell experiences that allow families to preserve a tangible reminder of their departed loved ones.
Creating a Lasting Memorial Through a Proprietary Mascot Pair
In October 2026, Si Yuan Funeral Services launched a unique funeral service concept featuring a pair of proprietary mascots positioned alongside the coffin throughout the wake.
The mascots are intended to serve as symbolic companions during the farewell ceremony, introducing an additional element of remembrance into the funeral environment.
At the conclusion of the wake, the mascot pair is given to the family as a memorial keepsake, allowing its symbolic presence to continue beyond the ceremony and providing a personal reminder of their loved one.
Combining Symbolic Companionship with Personal Remembrance
For families experiencing the loss of a loved one, meaningful funeral arrangements can provide opportunities to express love, preserve memories and honour a life.
Si Yuan’s memorial mascot concept brings together symbolic companionship during the wake and a lasting keepsake for the family, connecting the farewell ceremony with continued remembrance.
By incorporating this distinctive feature into its funeral services, the company aims to create thoughtful experiences while maintaining sensitivity towards different cultural practices, beliefs and personal preferences.
Bringing Thoughtful Innovation into Funeral Services
Founded in 2019, Si Yuan Funeral Services provides professional funeral arrangements designed to support families with compassion, dignity and personalised care.
The company’s offerings cover funeral planning, wake arrangements, religious ceremonies, transportation, pre-planning and related memorial services, accommodating different family requirements.
The ASIA Records recognition acknowledges Si Yuan’s proprietary mascot pair concept and its approach to introducing meaningful commemorative elements into contemporary funeral services.
