This recognition celebrates an unprecedented community-driven motorsport experience—transforming Southeast Asia’s premier Formula 1–grade circuit into a shared platform for scooter culture, brand engagement, and rider unity.
Redefining Community Engagement on a World-Class Motorsport Circuit
Hosted at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, the longest Formula 1–grade circuit in Southeast Asia, the record-setting fun ride brought together 818 participants from the Lambretta community in a single, brand-organised event—demonstrating exceptional scale, coordination, and community participation.
Organised by Bike Continent, the official distributor of Lambretta in Malaysia, in collaboration with PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, the event showcased how an iconic motorsport venue can be reimagined as an inclusive, experiential space celebrating heritage, lifestyle, and rider camaraderie.
By uniting hundreds of participants on a professional racing circuit, the achievement set a new benchmark for brand-led community engagement within the two-wheeled mobility and lifestyle sector across Southeast Asia.
The ASIA Records recognition affirms the significance of this milestone not only in participant scale, but also in its elevation of scooter culture onto a globally recognised motorsport stage.
Showcasing the Casa Lambretta X300 Limited Edition in Malaysia
The ASIA Records–recognised event also marked the Malaysian debut of the Casa Lambretta X300 Limited Edition, an exclusive model with production strictly limited to 999 units worldwide.
Developed in collaboration with the renowned Casa Lambretta Racing Team, the X300 Limited Edition embodies Lambretta’s racing heritage and design legacy. Distinctive features include the iconic “47” graphic commemorating Lambretta’s founding year in 1947, alongside performance-focused detailing and premium finishes.
The Malaysian launch, led by Bike Continent as the official distributor, was highlighted by a ceremonial delivery of selected units to owners at PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, reinforcing the strong connection between brand heritage, product innovation, and the regional Lambretta community.
The introduction of the Casa Lambretta X300 Limited Edition alongside the record-setting fun ride underscored Lambretta’s ability to unite product excellence, cultural identity, and large-scale community engagement in a single landmark occasion.

The ASIA Records certificate was officially presented on 11 January 2026 at PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit.
The certificate was proudly received by Mr Ronnie Chen, Managing Director of Bike Continent, together with Mr Walter Julius Albert Scheffrahn, Founder and Owner of Lambretta, in recognition of their leadership and commitment to building a strong, united Lambretta community through large-scale, meaningful engagement.
