ASIA Records is proud to officially recognise Fairy Park Heritage City for achieving:

First and Largest Independently Developed Multi-Surname Ancestral Hall Street in a Cultural Heritage-City Memorial Park
(48 clan and cultural halls, 166-acre site, developed from January 2022, completed in November 2025)

This recognition highlights Fairy Park Heritage City’s achievement in establishing 48 clan and cultural halls across a 166-acre heritage-city memorial park, demonstrating its dedication to preserving ancestral identity, promoting Chinese cultural traditions and integrating heritage preservation with contemporary memorial development.

Establishing a Multi-Surname Ancestral Hall Street

Developed from January 2022 to November 2025, Fairy Park Heritage City’s multi-surname ancestral hall street comprises 48 clan and cultural halls within a 166-acre development, bringing together different ancestral identities and cultural associations in one location.

The project provides dedicated spaces for communities representing various Chinese surnames, native clans and ancestral origins, allowing families to maintain their cultural connections through remembrance and shared traditions.

This development reflects the scale of Fairy Park Heritage City’s approach to combining heritage preservation with a modern memorial park environment, forming the basis of its ASIA Records recognition.

Bringing Traditional Architecture and Cultural Identity Together

Fairy Park Heritage City’s ancestral halls feature traditional Chinese architectural influences, reflecting the historical and cultural identities of participating surname and clan associations.

Within these spaces, ancestral memorial facilities, cultural displays and communal gathering areas provide opportunities for visitors to learn about family histories, ancestral origins and traditional customs.

By incorporating cultural education into its memorial development, Fairy Park Heritage City creates an environment where heritage can be experienced, shared and passed down to younger generations.

Strengthening Cultural Continuity Through Community Development

Situated in Setia Alam, Selangor, Fairy Park Heritage City brings together ancestral remembrance, cultural activities and family-oriented facilities within a heritage-inspired landscape.

The development also incorporates communal and recreational spaces, reflecting its vision of creating an environment where families and communities can gather beyond traditional memorial activities.

The ASIA Records recognition acknowledges its distinctive ancestral hall development and its continued efforts to strengthen cultural identity, preserve family heritage and encourage connections between generations.
